Hi, I'm Michelle. I hope you are having a good day! I'm interested in a house sitting provider job in Bradenton or Sarasota, Florida. My aim is to apply my experience as a homeowner to the tasks you need to keep your home safe and clean while you are away. I am looking to arrive from Kentucky at the beginning of January and seek a full-time, live-in position at a home that will be vacant for the months of January and February of 2020. Pay is negotiable. Let's discuss! I'll return to my home in Kentucky in March.
Description of Skills:
I will take care of pool maintenance, garbage/recycling management, mail collection, outdoor and indoor plant/tree care (I'm an avid gardener), pet care (especially dogs as I'm a former dog mom, and with the exception of cats as I am allergic to their dander - otherwise I love them, too). If there are other services needed, please let me know. Regarding my history, I have owned and managed the maintenance of 4 homes and currently am renovating a home for resale. Although I have not formally worked as a housesitter, I have helped friends out before and am extremely clean and neat in my own home. I will treat yours with the same attention!
If you are concerned about your home sitting vacant but prefer not to rent it out, I am the perfect solution! I would like to find a home to care for while I explore the area and consider whether a more permanent move to Florida is a possibility for me. I'm also excited about spending time in such a beautiful part of the country where I can continue to explore trails on my bicycle. Currently, I am the owner of a small business that purchases and rehabs homes for resale in an area where first-time homeowners need affordable housing. I aim to do well by doing good.
